At Grupo C&G, we have a communication channel for receiving complaints, both anonymous and non-anonymous, from employees, suppliers, customers, and other third parties regarding violations of internal rules (policies and procedures), breaches of the Code of Ethical Conduct, potential crimes, including those established in Law 20.393, and complaints of sexual harassment, workplace harassment, and violence at work in accordance with Law 21.643. This channel ensures the confidentiality of the reported incidents and establishes that each complaint will be rigorously investigated, and the results will be promptly communicated to the parties involved in each process.
