At Grupo C&G we have a communication channel to receive anonymous and non-anonymous complaints, both from workers and suppliers, customers and other third parties, regarding infractions of internal regulations (policies and procedures), breaches of the Code of Ethical Conduct, and potential crimes, including those established in Law 20,393. Said channel assures informants the confidentiality of the reported facts, and establishes that each complaint will be rigorously investigated and its results will be communicated to the complainant in a timely manner.
